We recognise your need to examine carefully the value of a consultancy product in giving your organisation the required return on your investment. Unlike other international consulting firms, we understand that for many projects, especially in business development, it can be difficult to commit to hiring specialist services at the market rate, when the return on your outlay is a percentage probability rather than a certainty.
As well as discussing this with you fully before we accept a contract, we can also shape our pricing structure to reflect the risk/reward analysis of your project. These are some of the options for retaining nateeja as your consulting partner in achieving your objectives:
• Fixed-period monthly retainer, renewable only after re-assessment of cost/benefit
• Per-diem rate for named consultant(s)/director, either fixed or variable by location
• Reduced retainer or per-diem, with additional fixed commissions payable on reaching agreed milestones
• Lowest retainer or per-diem, with fixed interim commissions, and final project percentage
Transparency: We aim to be transparent with you on our charging and costs. We believe that contracted consultants, in-country staff and other costs like security contracts or long-term accommodation, should be a reasonable charge to the customer. We guarantee that administrative costs for managing these services will never exceed 20% of the net costs to us. We guarantee also that wherever available, we will seek at least three quotes from sub-contractors, and always take the lowest qualified bidder.
Management of third-party commissions: In the Middle East business environment, your organisation can often find that a variety of commissions are required by different parties to ensure a successful venture. In some circumstances we can take on disbursement of commissions to third parties, or allocation of project revenue to stakeholders, where confidentiality or regulatory requirements preclude a direct relationship between these parties and our client.
Payment terms: We require payment within 30 days of invoice date. Payment is normally in US Dollars. Our preferred payment method is bank transfer. Our standard practice is to invoice monthly. In some circumstances an advance may be required, particularly for larger projects where additional staff are hired or accommodation and security costs are significant.
Alternatives: We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions. So might you. If you cannot see an arrangement that suits your needs, let us know. Our policy is to tailor contracts in the same way we tailor our product – to suit you.
